Siya Olivia, also known as Siya Brown, is a trailblazer in digital marketing, a path she did not choose deliberately but one that grew out of a deep personal decision rooted in her family’s legacy. Inspired by her grandmother, Harriet Olivia Harris, who lived a life of dedication to her family but expressed regret for never living for herself, Siya was motivated to forge a different path. As a young mother balancing college and the responsibilities of raising a three-year-old, she felt the weight of her future. Determined not to share her grandmother’s regret, she embarked on a journey to create something of her own. Entrepreneurship became Siya’s vehicle for survival, offering her the autonomy and financial independence she craved. In 2015, she entered direct selling, representing brands like Avon and Mary Kay, which ignited her passion for business. This led to her founding The Olivia Collection, an e-commerce brand for luxury hair extensions, where her introduction to digital marketing began.

By 2022, Siya was at the helm of major campaigns as Marketing Director and Operations Manager at the Philadelphia-based design firm Avenue West. Despite launching multiple six-figure campaigns, burnout prompted her to refocus on Helloh Digital, a consultancy she had been building on the side. In early 2024, she transitioned to running Helloh Digital full-time, helping over 15 Black and Brown founders launch their digital offerings. The agency quickly secured significant contracts, including a project management role for Vera Y, a parent company founded by Philadelphia Eagles players Jason Kelce and Connor Barwin. Siya’s expertise also led her to spearhead A Philly Special Christmas, a charity album project that raised $4.5 million, further solidifying her reputation as a strategic marketer.

What distinguishes Helloh Digital is its commitment to purpose-driven campaigns. Siya focuses on building genuine connections and fostering community around the brands she serves, with 97% of her clientele being Black or Brown. Her goal isn’t simply to make brands go viral but to create meaningful, lasting impact through storytelling and strategic execution. Creativity, she emphasizes, is key, though grounded in practicality. Her campaigns, like Underdog Apparel PHL’s It’s The Whole Team collection, which sold out in 36 hours and generated $100,000 in sales, showcase her ability to tap into the emotions of a community and produce results.

Siya’s journey is deeply personal, and her commitment to the Black community extends beyond her business. In 2020, during the pandemic, she co-led Make Small Business Great Again, a campaign that raised $5,000 in financial aid for Black-owned businesses in just 55 days. This initiative, which predates Helloh Digital, reflects her dedication to merging creativity with purpose while supporting Black entrepreneurs.

Siya’s upbringing—having entrepreneurial parents and moving frequently—shaped her ability to adapt and connect with diverse individuals, skills that have been invaluable in marketing. She credits virtual mentors like Ming Lee and Karen Civil for guiding her early self-taught journey in digital marketing. Her business decisions are led by values and alignment with her spirit. She doesn’t hesitate to turn down opportunities that don’t resonate, believing in divine timing and that the right opportunities will find her.

At Helloh Digital, Siya offers a range of services from social media audits to project management and strategy coaching. She fosters a strong culture by staying true to her values and continuously assessing her progress, even as a one-person operation. Her long-term vision is to establish Helloh Digital as a consultancy known for creating world-class campaigns and to build a drop-in project management service for brands and entrepreneurs. Her sights are set on collaborations with major brands like the NFL, WNBA, and legacy names like New Balance and Coach.

Handling setbacks with grace, Siya believes in feeling her emotions, learning from mistakes, and using failure as a tool for growth. Her calling, she says, is to be a light in the business world, using her gifts to serve others and demonstrate that with faith, hard work, and smart decisions, anything is possible.

As Siya Olivia continues to grow Helloh Digital, her story is far from complete. She is building a legacy not just for herself but for the many Black and Brown entrepreneurs she helps along the way. In the words of her grandmother, Siya is ensuring she is truly living for herself—with no regrets.
